Missions Ministry is building a prayer directory to pray for the various missionaries who are connected to members of Family Chapel. If you are related to a missionary, support a missionary, or regularly keep in contact with a missionary, please consider filling out the form to add them to our prayer directory. Summer 2026 Affinity Groups

Inreach Ministry is excited to launch Affinity Groups once again for Summer 2026! We hope that through these affinity groups, people with similar interests and hobbies can come together to engage in fellowship and enjoy each other's presence. Affinity groups will officially launch on June 7 and end on August 31.

Affinity Groups will be formed based on facilitators who are able and willing to organize hangouts and meetups. You do not need to be an expert in order to lead a group as the primary purpose of affinity groups isn’t to teach lessons, but to build community.

If you are interested in leading or co-leading a group, please fill form at tinyurl.com/FCaffinity26 by May 31. Once facilitators are set, we will announce the various affinity groups.

Quarterly Lunch (June 7)

Hospitality Ministry is putting on a Quarterly Luncheon on June 7 after our Sunday service. In order to help get an accurate headcount for food, please sign up by May 31 at tinyurl.com/FClunch67. We’re asking people to chip in $5 to help cover the cost of food. But all kids as well as newcomers who have attended FC 4 times or less can eat for free! For everyone else, you can either pay for the meal via Venmo or Zelle. Please include your name and “Quarterly Luncheon” in the notes or memo. That will be confirmation of payment for your meal. Roots Ministry (June 12)

Roots Ministry is set to meet on Friday, June 12, at LA High at 7:00 PM. Roots Ministry is an open space for anyone outside the college lifestage to meet one another and grow together in Christ. For this upcoming month, we’ll be talking about the spiritual discipline of discernment. If you’ve ever wondered: “What is God’s will for my life? And how do I discern that?”, then this is for you!

One thing to note is that during the summer, we don’t provide food, so please bring your own dinner and feel free to eat together at LA High. But to get a headcount for our discussion groups, please still RSVP by going to tinyurl.com/FCRoots612.
